BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER

To ensure a smooth and seamless ordering experience, please take a moment to review the following important information.
All order inquiries, discussions, and confirmations are handled directly via Zalo.

Orders required 100% payment by bank transfer before the making process begins.

FULL PAYMENT IN ADVANCE

The usual timeframe is 30-35 days, depending on the nature and details of each order.

MAKING TIME

Some creations are made in limited quantities, so each piece may have its own completion schedule.

HANDCRAFTED CREATIONS

Artworks made specially to your request are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Every Lilywonderworld's artwork begins with care and a conversation. These terms help make the journey clear and seamless.
For limited handcrafted creations, each work may have its own completion timeframe. If you place mutiple creations in the same order, Lilywonderworld will discuss the estimated completion and delivery time for each work with you before comfirming the order.
For embroidery lettering or other personalized details, Lilywonderworld will discuss your ideas and prepare a design sample with you via Zalo before beginning the work.
All inquiries and orders at Lilywonderworld are handled directly via Zalo.

Ordering

How to order, quantity limits, availability & important notes.

Orders require 100% payment in advance by bank transfer once all necessary details have been discussed and confirmed.
Advance payment allows Lily to prepare the materials and dedicate the necessary time to creating your artwork.

Payment

Payment methods, confirmation & related information.

Lilywonderworld offers free delivery within Ho Chi Minh City. For other provinces and cities, delivery fees will be calculated according to the selected carrier.
The usual making and delivery timeframe is 30-35 days from the date of payment. For larger orders or during periods when Lily is working on multiple creations, the timeframe may vary.
The estimated timeframe will always be discussed with you via Zalo before the order is confirmed.

Delivery

Lilywonderworld accepts returns or exchanges if an artwork is damaged during delivery or differs from the confirmed order.
Artworks made specially to your request or personalized for you are not eligible for returns or exchanges, as each piece is made specifically for its recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility, timeframe & process.

During use, you may send your artwork back to Lilywonderworld for inspection, battery replacement, or repair of the movement mechanism for artworks that use a clock movement.
Depending on the condition and cause of the issue, maintenance and repair services may be provided free of charge or subject to a free. Lilywonderworld will discuss the details with you before any work begins.

Maintenance & Repairs

Support during use.

Lilywonderworld may offer a refund in certain exceptional circumstances, such as when a creation can no longer be completed or has a serious defect that prevents the order from being fulfilled.
For artworks made specially to you request or personalized for you, refunds are not available once the making process has begun.
In exceptional circumstances, Lily will discuss the situation with you directly to find the most appropriate solution.
